#### Requirements
- Compliance with the City of Cape Town SCM Policy and all returnable documents; full, compliant tender submission.
- Tax and regulatory: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and on the City’s Supplier Database; separate tax status for each JV party if applicable.
- Complete and sign required schedules and declarations (e.g., Schedule F13 Information to be Provided With the Tender; Declaration of Interest; Declaration of Bidders’ Past SCM Practices; Certificate of Independent Bid Determination).
- Provide evidence of qualifications, financial capacity, and risk controls; may require Health and Safety plan, samples/tests, and possible due diligence.
