#### Overview
**Supply, installation and delivery of water bath equipment for conditioning Two-Wheeled Refuse Bins at SABS Groenkloof campus, in line with SANS1494:2023.** Bidders should be capable of providing a complete system, including installation, commissioning, training, documentation, calibration, warranty, and ongoing local support, with compliance to CSD, BBBEE, SBD forms, and NDA requirements.

#### Requirements
- Complete water bath system meeting SANS1494:2023, clauses 8.5 and 8.6 (0–100°C, ±2°C, corrosion-resistant cabinet, leakage-free)
- Installation, commissioning, and training, plus integration with existing SABS facilities
- Drawings, technical datasheets, installation/commissioning docs, calibrations (SANAS), manuals, maintenance schedules, and spare-parts list
- Training for 3 personnel; warranty, calibration intervals, software support; on-site and online support; packaging, shipping, and on-site modifications as needed
- Mandatory confirmations: detailed technical brochure/datasheet, ability to supply complete system, installation/commissioning/training, online and physical support; evidence of capability to support SANS1494 testing; temperature display; data logger; local spare parts/supplies
