#### Requirements
- Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration and evidence.  
- Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN) or CSD number if no PIN.  
- Bidder must submit CSD and SARS-related certificates for each party in a JV/consortium.  
- B-BBEE: provide a B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit.  
- Authority to sign: complete and sign the appropriate enterprise form (authorize signatory).  
- Pricing must be on the official pricing schedule; firm prices only; 90-day quotation validity.  
- Compulsory briefing session attendance (attendance must be signed).
