#### Requirements

- Corporate documentation: proof of company registration; certified copies of directors’ IDs; company registration certificate.  
- B-BBEE: verified certificate or sworn affidavit to claim points.  
- Municipal compliance: current municipal rates and taxes statements for the business and for each active director (or proof of residence if under tribal authority); lease if premises are leased; addresses must align with CSD/company documents.  
- Product and tenders: data sheet with product specifications and color photos; samples (original 5L) delivered to City Stores with a sample form; include delivery to the destination in bid price.  
- General: certified copies not older than 3 months; no alterations to bid documents; adhere to the 80/20 Preferential Procurement weighting (80 price, 20 targeted goals).  
- Deliverables and penalties: deliver within 14 days of award; if late, penalties apply (3% per day).  
- Documentation completeness: mandatory documents listed in the bid package; failure to comply renders non-responsive.

#### How to Apply

- Submit completed bid documents in a sealed envelope in the tender box at the Mbombela Civic Centre, 1 Nel Street, Mbombela 1200, by 11:00 on 19 October 2026.
