## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of supply and delivery of wireless headsets for Johannesburg Water.** This RFQ targets suppliers of IT/AV peripherals able to supply 26 wireless headsets with Bluetooth, USB-A/USB-C adapters, ANC, and ~16 hours battery life. Bidders should be able to submit on the e-tender portal and meet PPPFA/BBBEE, CSD, and tax/compliance requirements as specified in the attached documents (RFQJW01SM26  Wire less headset-jwhoscm48.pdf).

#### Requirements
- 80/20 PPPFA 2022 scoring (80 points for price, 20 for specific goals).  
- All suppliers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).  
- Returnable documents: original tax clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, municipal rates statement, MBD forms (4, 6.1, 8, 9), CSD/Supplier Number, company registration documents, and PDF quotes on company letterhead.  
- Full completion of BOQ/specification, datasheet, references, and proof of certifications as applicable; no RFQ from persons in the service of the state; no blacklisted bidders.  
- Quotes must include all taxes and delivery costs; pricing on a firm basis; delivery by delivery point as required.
