#### Overview
**Procurement: supply and installation of ceramic floor tiles at Nelshoogte Plantation (Buildings 4505, 7344 and 3067), including removal of existing carpet/tiles, surface preparation and 450mm x 450mm tile installation with 75mm skirting.** Target bidders are building/construction service providers with CIDB Grade 1GB or higher, capable of NEC4-based works, and able to meet SAFCOL’s B-BBEE, tax, and supplier registration requirements.

#### Requirements
- CIDB Grade 1GB or higher (mandatory evaluation).  
- Full completion of RFQ, quotation on company letterhead, and return of all SBD forms.  
- Latest SARS tax clearance and proof of tax compliance; CSD registration (or register within 7 days of award).  
- B-BBEE verification from SANAS-accredited agency or EME/QSE sworn affidavit.  
- Returnable documents: ID copies of company directors, company registration documents.  
- Local content/Transformation: adherence to local procurement goals (e.g., 51%+ Black Owned for specific goals) and monthly reporting on secondary procurement objectives.  
- Project-specific: comply with NEC4-based contract data, site coordination, health and safety, and environmental requirements.
