## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of four 70 mm high semi-circular hot mix asphalt speed humps and five transverse rumble strips for the Ingula Pumped Storage Scheme.** Suitable for construction contractors with CIDB 2CE (or higher) or a compliant JV; mandatory CIDB/CSD/tax, local content, safety and integrity requirements; site clarification meeting is compulsory.

#### Requirements
- CIDB: 2CE or higher (or JV with lead partner meeting this threshold; each JV member registered; combined grading where applicable).  
- CIDB registration must be achievable within 21 working days from closing.  
- CSD registration and tax/compliance proofs (including SARS PIN if applicable).  
- SBD returnables (at least SBD 1, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2) and local/PPPFA preference documentation; Annexures A–J as specified.  
- Safety/quality commitments: COIDA/Good Standing, PPE, Life-Saving Rules, and related Annexures B–C, 32-series procedures, etc.  
- Integrity and conflict-of-interest declarations; Supplier Integrity Pact; JV documentation if applicable.  
- NEC3 Short Term Contract (ECSC3) framework; pricing schedule and full technical/financial submissions.
