**Procurement of the supply and installation of shaded ports at Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport (ACSA).** Bidders should be CIDB 3GB or higher with construction and NEC3 ECC experience; anticipate a 6-month works period with related site works.

#### Requirements
- CIDB contractor grading of 3GB or higher.  
- Complete and sign the Form of Offer and Acceptance, plus any Schedule of Deviations.  
- Tax compliance: SARS PIN or TCS certificate; if JV, separate TCS/CSD for each party.  
- If no TCS, provide CSD number.  
- Returnable documents and pricing in the required formats (see NEC ECC core contracts) and adherence to the pricing/BOQ rules.  
- Optional briefing/site inspection (non-compulsory) and timely clarification responses.
