- Compliance with integrity, conflicts of interest, and due diligence requirements; not listed on tender defaulters/restricted lists.
- Functionality threshold of 60 points; price scoring (80/20 or 90/10) with preference points for BBBEE and supplier development.

- Briefing: compulsory clarification meeting on 07 August 2026 via Microsoft Teams (approx. 2 hours); attendance required; non-attendance disqualifies. Optional non-compulsory site visits on 11, 14, 17, 19 August with PPE rules in place.
