#### Requirements

- Proof of municipal rates/service account not older than 3 months (or lease/SAPS letter).
- Compliance with SCM rules; no alterations in prices unless signed; no tipex.
- BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; proof of B-BBEE status.
- Local content declarations under SATS 1286:2011 (Annex C–E); auditable proof.
- Preference points: PPPFA 80/20 (Price 80, BBBEE 10, Specific Goals 10); Stage 2 minimum 60 points for functionality.
- Bidders must demonstrate capacity via letters of appointment/references; CVs for key personnel (supervisor with N6/Diploma in Civil Eng; 3+ years’ experience).
- Prices inclusive of VAT; prices must be firm for contract duration.
