**Supply, configuration, integration, implementation, support and maintenance of an electronic payment platform for the Moses Kotane Research Institute knowledge repository.** Suitable bidders are IT/fintech vendors with experience in payment platforms, systems integration, and ongoing support, able to provide required compliance documentation (CSD, SARS, BBBEE) and deliver under the 80/20 preferential framework.

#### Requirements
- Stage 1: Administrative compliance — complete and sign the returnable forms: **SBD 1**, Section B (CSD), **SBD 4**, Authority to Sign Tender; submit **SBD 3.1** (firm pricing). Stage 1(b): provide proof of relevant company accreditation.
- Stage 2: Functionality evaluation — minimum score of **70 points** to progress.
- Stage 3: 80/20 price and preference system — price (80) and specific goals (20).
