- CIDB Registration: EP Grade 1 (valid)
- CDS report not older than 3 months
- Three reference letters with official order numbers and completion certificates for installation of backup equipment of 250 kVA or higher
- Copies of identity documents
- CIPC documents
- Tax PIN
- Official quotation on company letterhead including all related costs
- Draft Maintenance Plan (not more than 1 page) and Project Installation Plan
- Complete SBD 4 and SBD 6 (including SBD 6.1 for preference points)
- Evidence of warranty terms and local after-sales support
- Training/hand-over plan
- Compulsory briefing attendance (online) is required
