## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of supply and delivery of detergent labels for the UGU Municipality area.** The project targets label printing/manufacturing suppliers with ability to produce multiple label sizes and manage VAT-inclusive fixed pricing. #### Requirements
- Signed and completed SBD 1, 4 and 6.1 (RFQ OVF 2026-021-UGU.pdf)
- Evidence of registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (MAAA) with Tax Compliance Status (SARS PIN; or CSD if no PIN)
- Fixed price quotation on company letterhead, inclusive of VAT
- Ability to claim specific-goal points (BBBEE, Black Ownership, etc.) with supporting documentation if needed (see table in RFQ)
