#### Requirements
- Signed and completed SBD 1, 4 and 6.1.  
- Evidence of registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) with confirmation of Tax Compliance Status (SARS PIN; supply if non-compliant).  
- Fixed price quotations on company letterhead; inclusive of VAT and all disbursements; per quotation numbers.  
- Pricing must include delivery to the uPhongolo site; complete pricing schedule.  
- Evaluation: 80/20 price/specific goals; 20 points for specific goals (BBBEE ownership, gender, youth, disability).  
- Specific goals evidence: BBBEE certificate or affidavit, CSD, IDs, municipal lease/account, disability docs if applicable.  
- Compliance: No bids from State personnel or related restricted entities; separate TCS for joint ventures or sub-contractors if applicable.  
- Documentation required for preference points and verification, and proof may be requested.
