## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of supply, delivery, installation, configuration, commissioning and one year of support and maintenance for on-premises backup appliances.** Bidders ideally in ICT infrastructure/backup hardware with capabilities in installation, commissioning and post-warranty support.

#### Requirements
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and meet tax compliance requirements (TCS/PIN). Foreign suppliers to complete pre-award questions.  
- BBBEE: provide a SANAS-verified certificate or original sworn affidavit to claim points.  
- Completion of required tender forms and documents (e.g., MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, MBD10) and Pricing Schedule; OHSA letter of Good Standing; Form of Indemnity.  
- Compliance with GCC, Special Conditions of Tender, and relevant specifications; CIDB/JBCC considerations as applicable.  
- Tender validity: 180 days; documents must be sealed and submitted as specified.  
- Preferences: 80/20 price-based with 10 points for B-BBEE status and 10 for locality.
