**Supply of Turf Grounds Stadium Equipment for Moses Mabhida Stadium, including delivery and installation.** Bidders should be capable suppliers of sports/stadium equipment, including manufacturers, accredited distributors or agents, with experience delivering similar contracts and able to meet occupational health and safety requirements.

#### Requirements
- Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and on the eThekwini supplier portal; provide respective numbers.
- Tax compliance: Tax Compliance Status PIN or Tax Clearance Certificate; VAT status as applicable.
- Municipal fees status: Declaration of Municipal Fees (or acknowledged debt agreement) completed.
- Occupational Health & Safety: signed declaration and adherence to OHS Act requirements; health and safety plan if requested.
- Returnable documents: MBD 4, MBD 5 (if applicable), MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9; Authority of Signatory; Official Tender Form; any JV agreements if applicable.
- Mandatory project experience: minimum 2 projects in supplying related or similar sports equipment (supported by client reference letters) (SCT 14.1).
- Sub-contracting details if not fully in-house.
- Pricing must align with the Official Tender Form; unit prices for the contract duration; CSD/MBD/SSP documentation to be valid at submission.
