#### Overview
**Supply, delivery and installation of a modern telemetry system, upgrade of the SCADA system from ADROIT Classic to ADROIT SMART UI/equivalent and maintenance of the system for 36 months for Overberg Water Board (OWB) in the Western Cape.** Open to CIDB-registered contractors (minimum CIDB 6 EP or higher) and eligible EMEs/QSEs. The procurement will be evaluated in three stages (SCM eligibility, functionality, price/specific goals). A non-compulsory briefing is scheduled, and bids close 16 September 2026.

#### Requirements
- CIDB contractor grading designation minimum of 6 EP or higher.
- All bidders must meet the eligibility criteria in clause C.2.1 of the Tender Data.
