## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply and installation of burglar mesh stone guards and ClearVU-type burglar bars at Napier Community Hall.** This RFQ targets contractors with CIDB capability (minimum 1GB/1SL or higher) and requires CIDB, SARS Tax Compliance (PIN/TCS), CSD registration, and B-BBEE compliance. - B-BBEE: original certificate or sworn affidavit verifying status; eligible for preference points (80/20).  
- Registrations: CIDB registration and proof; CSD registration/database as applicable; proof of Letter of Good Standing where required.  
- Documentation: returnable documents and forms (e.g., Schedule 1A–1K; Form of Offer and Acceptance; CIDB certificates).  
- Clarification/briefing: compulsory site briefing on 20 Aug 2026 at Napier Community Hall; attendance mandatory; one representative per tenderer.
