#### Overview
**This tender seeks the supply, delivery and installation of Kikuyu grass to Bergrivier Municipality from date of appointment until 30 June 2027.** Bidders should be experienced turf suppliers/landscaping service providers with capacity for multi-site delivery and installation, and must meet procurement and regulatory requirements (SDS/CSD registration, tax/UCC compliance, BBBEE, etc.).

#### Requirements
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide CSD number or TCS Pin; Tax Compliance Status (TCS) or Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Submit an original or certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; BBBEE status to be verified.
- Provide three reference letters for similar grass supply/delivery within the last 3 years.
- Prices must be fixed and VAT inclusive; pricing may be adjusted to fit budget; delivery/installation quotas per town specified in pricing schedule.
- Delivery within 4 weeks from order; late delivery penalties apply (R500/day).
- Complete and submit required bid documents (MBD forms: MBD1, MBD3.2, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9, MBD10) and GCC; include pricing schedule and annexures.
- Provide recent municipal accounts for company and directors; include VAT and tax details; ensure no conflict of interest.
- Compliance with PPPFA 2022: 80/20 points (price vs preferences) with specific goals for locality, BBBEE, and Bergrivier/West Coast/Western Cape.
