#### Requirements
- Complete Schedule A and Annexure A (delivery points in Free State).

- Confirm ability to deliver to all listed offices; staggered deliveries allowed. 
- Submit letters of guarantee from subcontractors (if any) and relevant SABS conformity certificates. 
- Provide Declaration for Local Content (Annexure B) and Local/Imported Content Declarations ( Annexures C–E); ensure consistency with BOM. 
- If importing, obtain dti authorisation and include related documents; local content thresholds apply (e.g., desks 90%, credenza 90%, pedestal 90%, boardroom table 90%, filing cabinet 90%, high-back chair 65%, visitor chair 70%). 
- Quality control: inspections before delivery; warranty: minimum 2-year manufacture, 5-year chair gas mechanism. 
- Deliveries and performance governed by PPPFA 80/20; bid evaluation may include local-content scoring and supplier due-diligence (SBD4, CSD, tax compliance). 
- Exemption process is available if minimum local content cannot be met (see Exemption doc).
