## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply, delivery and installation of recreational, outdoor and municipal equipment for Bergrivier Municipality from date of appointment until 30 June 2027.** The contract covers a range of outdoor infrastructure and playground goods (wooden jungle gyms, benches, footbridges, sheds/stands, litter/recycling bins, solar street lights, shading ports, grandstands and related fittings), with installation included. Eligible bidders are those with demonstrable experience in outdoor municipal equipment and who meet SCM prerequisites (CSD registration, SARS Tax Compliance/PIN, BBBEE status) and are able to provide client references. The purchase will be evaluated under the PPPFA framework and 80/20 or 90/10 rules with preference for local/BBBEE contributors and Bergrivier locality.

#### Requirements
- Relevant experience: minimum three completed/current contracts with client reference letters on official letterhead.
- Registration and compliance: must be registered on the Centralised Supplier Database (CSD) and provide the CSD number (MAAA…); Tax Compliance Status PIN or tax clearance; BBBEE certification or sworn affidavit.
- Documentation: complete and submit MBD forms (MBD1, MBD3.2 pricing, MBD4 declaration, MBD6.1 preferences, MBD7.1 contract form, MBD8/9/10 as applicable) and the GCC.
- Corporate verifications: recent municipal accounts for company and directors; proof of SARS status for online verification.
- Pricing: fixed prices including VAT; pricing must cover delivery/installation per item; pricing validity for 120 days.
- Other: comply with public procurement rules; bids must be submitted in the official bid documents and not via fax/email.
