**Procurement of a Speed and Red-Light Violation Management System, including supply, delivery and installation for the Tzaneen Traffic Department.** Bidders should be systems integrators with proven experience in traffic-enforcement hardware/software, video capture, analytics and maintenance, and must meet mandatory qualification and warranty requirements.
