## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ seeks the supply, delivery and licensing of an on-premises backup and replication solution programme** for SAFCOL SOC LTD. Eligible bidders are IT solutions providers with Veeam licensing, Hyper-V backup/recovery and disaster-recovery expertise, plus B-BBEE/SANAS-compliance. The scope includes 30 VM licenses on an 8-node Hyper-V cluster with ~230 TB raw storage, 12/36-month subscriptions, 24/7 OEM support, installation, configuration and handover.

#### Requirements
- Fully complete the RFQ on company letterhead; sign and return all SBD forms.
- Provide B-BBEE verification (SANAS-accredited) or EME/QSE sworn affidavit attested by Commissioner of Oaths.
- Latest SARS Tax Clearance and proof of tax compliance; register with CSD (7 working days post award if not yet on CSD).
- Proof of company registration (Pty, Trust, CC, etc.).
- Proof of authorized VEEAM reseller/partner.
- Returnable documents: CSD report or MAAA number; Supplier Code of Conduct.
