- Tax Compliance: SARS Tax Clearance Pin and Tax Compliance Certificate (separate for JV members).
- Up-to-date municipal rates/charges for bidder and directors; arrears may disqualify.
- Authorized signatory with board resolution; original tender document; no unauthorised alterations.
