## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of supply, delivery and off-loading of compression adaptors, coupling and plastic taps for the City of Mbombela.** Eligible bidders are suppliers of plumbing fittings/hardware capable of delivering to Mbombela Municipal Store, and must meet tax, supplier database, B-BBEE and compliance requirements described in the bid documents.

#### Requirements
- Tax compliance: valid Tax Clearance Status (TCS) PIN or SARS arrangements; if no TCS, provide CSD number (see Part B).  
- Central Supplier Database: full report not older than 30 days (not a summary).  
- Company and directors: valid company registration; certified IDs and CVs where required; proof of municipal rates/taxes for company and active directors (or tribally-residence/lease alternatives).  
- B-BBEE: certified verification or sworn affidavit to claim points.  
- Technical: product data sheets with detailed specifications for items listed in the BoQ (Pricing Schedule/Specifications).  
- Documentation integrity: certified copies not older than 3 months; proper authorisation on forms; no alterations to tender documents.  
- Returnable documents: complete as per mandatory checklist (see Special Conditions).

#### How to Apply
