**Procurement of brass ball plug valves, pipe fittings and brass bushes for a 36-month period, including delivery and off-loading.** This opportunity is open to suppliers/manufacturers/distributors of these items who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and the eThekwini supplier database, and able to supply in accordance with SANS/SABS standards.

#### Requirements
- Must be registered on the National Treasury CSD (MAAA number) and on the eThekwini supplier database; provide relevant numbers.  
- Tax: Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax Compliance Status PIN; VAT status if applicable.  
- Returnable documents: MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD 5 (above R10M if applicable), MBD 6.1 (Preference Points), MBD 8 (Past SCM practices), MBD 9 (Independent Bid Determination); Authority of Signatory; Declaration of Municipal Fees; Occupational Health & Safety declaration.  
- SANS/SABS compliance: provide certificates/brochures for items per Section 7, e.g. pipe fittings SANS/SABS 1067-1/2:2005, gate valves SANS/SABS 776-2:2005, brass ball valves SANS/SABS 1056-3:2006.  
- Manufacturers/distributors: state manufacturer name and brand; if not manufacturer, supply valid distributor/agency agreements or letter of intent with the manufacturer.  
- Samples (if requested) and product brochures; ensure all items meet technical specs.  
- OH&S plan available on request; prices must be on official Tender Form; delivery lead times to be stated.  
- Eligibility: no tenders from persons in the service of the state.
