**Supply, delivery and service/repair/refurbishment of GE SA Plus LV switchgear assemblies/components installed at Grootvlei Power Station, for a 60-month period.** Bidders should be experienced in LV switchgear spares and maintenance, with capabilities in supply of new/original GE/approved alternatives, and in-field service. Eligible bidders include electrical equipment manufacturers, LV switchgear service providers and spare-supply firms, able to form JVs/consortia with joint and several liability. Applicants must meet Eskom eligibility criteria and hold CIDB registration; (local content requirements may apply). Documentation and standards emphasize ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHS compliance, and regulatory adherence.

#### Requirements
- Eskom eligibility: not restricted from doing business with Eskom/State-Owned Entities and no sanctions exposure.
- CIDB registration: CIDB registration number 10030216; joint ventures allowed with joint and several liability.
- Documentation: complete and submit SBD forms (at least SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2) and annexed forms (Annexures A–J); include Pricing Schedule/BOQ (PDF and Excel).
- Technical/quality: ISO 9001 (or documented QMS compliant with ISO 9001); ISO 14001 environmental management; OHS compliance and Eskom OHS requirements; contract quality plans and QA deliverables.
- Local/CPA: CPA content requirements for local goods/services where applicable; CPA declarations (Annexures E–G).
- Scope familiarity: NEC3 Term Service Contract (TSC3) framework; scope, risk, and safety procedures at Grootvlei.
