## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of virtual laboratory (VR) equipment for simulation-based TVET training, including installation and commissioning.** The ICT Authority in Kenya invites bids from eligible suppliers to supply, deliver, install and commission 450 VR headsets, 60 workstations, 30 interactive displays, 30 charging/storage units, 60 UPS units, 1 device management software, and 450 sanitization kits for TVET institutions (delivery site per Annex 1). The project is World Bank‑financed.

#### Requirements
- Bid security of Kes 2,800,000 (or equivalent) and bid validity as per the BDS. (Tender Document)
