## Summary

#### Overview
**Bergrivier Municipality invites quotations for the supply, delivery, installation and connection of remote panic buttons for Bergrivier Municipal Officials from date of appointment until 30 June 2027.** Suitable bidders are experienced service providers with skills in security/panic-button systems and related integration, and who meet B-BBEE, CSD and tax requirements (see attached documents for details).

#### Requirements
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a CSD number (MAAA) and provide Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or tax clearance.  
- Submit a B-BBEE certificate (or sworn affidavit) to qualify for preference points.  
- Pricing must be fixed, VAT inclusive, and valid for 120 days; provide delivery period and ability to deliver within specified timelines.  
- Complete and submit all mandatory SCM forms (e.g., MBD1, MBD3.2, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9, MBD10) and the GCC.  
- Provide at least 3 contactable references for similar work within the last 5 years.  
- No bids from persons in the state service; comply with PPPFA 80/20 (or 90/10 if above threshold) and local/BBEE goals.  
- Timelines: start within 7 working days of order; complete within 21 days; penalties apply for delays (R1000/day).  
- Documents may be obtained for a fee or free from the website.
