**Bergrivier Municipality seeks quotations for the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of sanitary bins from appointment date to 30 June 2027.** The contract covers 71 bins across offices in Piketberg (20), Porterville (13), Velddrif (15), Redelinghuys (10), Eendekuil (5) and Aurora (8), with monthly servicing requirements. #### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN; provide CSD number or TCS PIN with bid.
- Tax compliance: SARS status; may submit TCS PIN or certificate.
- BBBEE: provide BBBEE status level verification (SANAS-accredited) or sworn affidavit.
- Complete and submit MBD forms: MB4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD6.1 (Preference Points), MBD7, MBD8, MBD9, MBD10 (as applicable).
- Recent municipal accounts: company and all directors/shareholders (not older than 90 days).
- Proof of two references with letters demonstrating prior relevant service.
- No bids from persons in the state, and bid submissions must disclose any relevant relationships per MBD4.
- Price must be fixed and VAT-inclusive; bid valid for 120 days; pricing may be adjusted to stay within budget.
- Submission must be in a sealed envelope; proceed via the official bid box (not by fax/email).
