## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of a full traffic management system vehicle, including supply, delivery, installation and ongoing support.** Open to bidders with traffic management/equipment integration capability and municipal fleet experience. Evaluation follows an 80/20 split (Price vs Specific Goals) and requires standard regulatory and supplier verifications (CSD, tax, BBBEE).

#### Requirements
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and Tax Compliance Status verified on CSD
- Proof of residence for all directors (not older than 3 months)
- Proof of business address (not older than 3 months)
- Proof of payment of municipal services for all directors and for business premises (not older than 3 months)
- Specific Goals contribute 20 points; Price contributes 80 points
- Certified BBBEE certificate (or original)
- MFMA Circular 81 compliance; CIPC verification on CSD
- All copies certified and date-stamped (no certified copies of certified copies); no electronic tenders
