- Registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and on the eThekwini Supplier Portal; maintain current details.
- Valid tax compliance status PIN; provide SARS Tax Clearance and CSD/CIDB verification as applicable.
- Provide returnable documents: MBD forms (at least MBD 4, 5, 6.2, 8, 9), declaration of municipal fees, Joint Venture agreements (if applicable), and CIDB verifications.
- CIDB registration/status verified; JV requirements if tendering as a joint venture (lead partner 9EP, combined rating meets requirement).
- Evidence of BBBEE status/Certificates as required; addenda acknowledged.
- Compulsory attendance at clarifications (if scheduled) and provision for clarifications via email; addenda, if issued, to be acknowledged.
