**Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Testing, Training and Two (2) Year Technical Support for Kirinyaga County Aggregation Industrial Parks (CAIPs) Tomato Processing Equipment**. Open to qualified and interested Tenderers with experience in food-processing equipment and turnkey plant installations, capable of delivering and supporting a tomato processing line.

#### Requirements
- Tender Security of Kes 750,000 from a reputable financial institution.
- Tender documents are viewed/downloadable free from www.industrialization.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke; downloaders must email procurement@industrialization.go.ke for clarifications (Tender Document).
- Language: English; documents to be prepared using Section IV forms; pages serialized.
- Foreign tenderers must source at least 40% of contract inputs from Kenyan suppliers; evidence to be provided (Section ITT 4.10).
- Tax clearance certificate; eligibility and qualifications documentation; JV rules if applicable.
- Compliance with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, anti-corruption, and related requirements; sundry records subject to audit.
- Subcontractors must meet ITT requirements; designers or manufacturers may require formal expressions of intent in JV agreements.
