## Summary

**Procurement of a fully automated Continuous Flow Analyser (CFA) system, including supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, validation and user training for laboratory use by the Western Cape Department of Agriculture.** Bidders should be qualified suppliers of analytical instrumentation with CFA installation/maintenance experience, ISO/IEC 17025 compliance support, and capable of providing local SA service with a 24-month warranty and 10 years of after-sales support. Mandatory requirements include CSD registration, SARS tax compliance (PIN/TCS), BBBEE status documentation, a Manufacturer’s Authorisation Letter, and at least two references. The contract covers FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ, method validation, SOPs, calibration certificates, and traceability documentation.
