- JV requirements: joint and several liability; Joint Venture Agreement or LOI if applicable
- No conflict of interest; no involvement by public officers
- Conformity to technical specs in Section VII; country of origin declarations; evidence of spare parts and maintenance capability
- Local origin rules: certain items must be sourced from Kenya with no substitutions (e.g., some equipment and goods listed in ITT 3.9/4)
- Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; validity to cover tender period
- All documents as required by the Tender Documents (Form of Tender, Price Schedules, etc.)
