## Summary

#### Overview
**KNH invites bids for supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of medical equipment for the Liver Transplant Project (including related services such as training and initial maintenance).** Eligible bidders are medical-equipment suppliers with capability to install/commission complex transplant equipment; JV bidders may participate under ITT rules. #### Requirements
- Eligibility and conduct: comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act; no fraud or debarment; no conflicts of interest; JV (if any) must nominate a representative; one Tender per firm or JV.
