#### Requirements
- Full completion of BOQ/specification; attachment of datasheet, reference letters, proof of certification/accreditation; meeting functionality requirements.
- Attend compulsory site briefing (where applicable); no RFQ from those in state service; not blacklisted.
- All quotes on company letterhead and submitted as PDFs; include Joint Venture agreements if applicable.
- Valid Tax Clearance; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CSD registration / supplier number; lease agreement or municipal account not older than 3 months and not in arrears beyond 90 days.
