**Supply & delivery of marketing material for Cape Agulhas Municipality.** The contract covers branded promotional items (e.g., notepads, calendars, lanyards, pens, bags, stickers, etc.) produced to municipal branding specs and delivered to the address in Bredasdorp. - B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit
- Complete and sign CAMBD 1, CAMBD 4, CAMBD 6.1, CAMBD 8, CAMBD 9 and Form of Offer & Acceptance
- Schedule 1D: proof of municipal accounts up-to-date
- CIDB registration not required for this RFQ
- Pricing schedule fully completed; pricing includes VAT and all costs
- Delivery to 1 Dirkie Uys Street, Bredasdorp; packaging and delivery included in price
- Where applicable, third-party sourcing declarations (Schedule 1G) and third-party authorisations
