## Summary

#### Overview
**This RFQ is for the supply and delivery of server spares.** Eligible bidders are hardware suppliers/resellers with proven experience in HPE server components and data-centre spare parts (new or remarketed), able to supply the items listed in Part C. Submit before the closing date; the bid remains valid for 30 days.

#### Requirements
- B-BBEE: submit a B-BBEE Status Level certificate or sworn affidavit to qualify for preference points.
- Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS status; if part of a consortium, each party must submit separate TCS/CSD; if no TCS, provide a CSD number.
- Official forms: bids must be on the prescribed official forms; successful bidder will sign SBD-7.
- Compliance: ensure Tax Compliance requirements are met; abide by PPPFA/PP Regulations, GCC, and any special conditions.
- Supporting documents: provide Health and Safety/file where applicable; certificate of good standing with WC Fund where required.
- Pricing and preferences: bid evaluated on 80/20 (price 80; B-BBEE status 20).
- Additional disclosures: complete SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points); declare any conflicts of interest.
- Delivery/value terms: quotation valid for 30 days; payment terms 30 days on invoice.
- Item scope: supply for listed server spares (new or remarketed).

#### How to Apply
- Deadline: 19 October 2026 at 11:00; late bids will not be accepted. (RFQ server spares.pdf)
- Method: email the quotation to the State Security Agency (see attached RFQ) per (RFQ server spares.pdf).
- Documents to submit: official company quotation on letterhead with full contact details; VAT no if claimed; CSD number; Tax Clearance; SBD 4; SBD 6.1; SBD 7 (signed if awarded);Health and Safety/Good Standing certificates as applicable.
- Pre-qualifications: provide SARS PIN/TCS status; CSD number if no TCS; proof of BBBEE status.
- Briefing: no briefing session required (N/A) as per RFQ.
