- Documentation: complete and sign MBD 1, MBD 3.1, MBD 4, MBD 8, MBD 9; MBD 6.1/6.2 for preference goals.
- Specific goals: 80/20 evaluation; 20 points for Specific Goals (10 for women-owned 51%+, 10 for black-owned 51%+).
