**Procurement of supply, install, service, repairs and delivery of air-conditioning units for Sundays River Valley Municipality.** Bids are for HVAC supply/installation/maintenance under SRVM-RFQ 04/2027. #### Requirements
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN; where no TCS available, provide CSD number.
- B-BBEE documentation: either original/certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
- Completed MBD returnables: MBD 1, 4, 6.1, 8 and 9; resolution to sign.
- Company documentation: original/certified IDs of directors, company/registrations, municipal rates/billing clearance or lease agreement.
- Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration (full report printed) or equivalent TCS.
- Evidence of local content where applicable and related declarations (if the tender falls in a designated sector).
- Prices must be firm, VAT inclusive; delivery period must be stated; price validity for at least 90 days.
- Sectional specifics: conform to the supplied specification and installation/maintenance scope (as per attached specification).
