## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply, installation and commissioning of three-phase 40kVA silent diesel generators with built-in fuel storage tanks at SA Weather Service weather radar sites in Mthatha, Bethlehem and Bloemfontein.** Bidders should have proven capability in diesel generator supply, installation and on-site commissioning, with relevant certifications, and ability to work at remote radar sites under SAWS contractual frameworks (GCC/SCC), including tax, B-BBEE and POPIA compliance.

#### Requirements
- Compliance with SAWS General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and any Special Conditions of Contract (SCC); complete and submit all returnables (Annexures A, B, C, F, G, H, i). (RFQ Invitation - Annexure A)
- Tax and supplier pre-qualifications: provide SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status (TCS) and, if applicable, CSD number; separate TCS for each JV/sub-contractor. (Annexure A)
- B-BBEE: provide B-BBEE level verification certificate or sworn affidavit to qualify for preference points. (Annexure A)
- Operational capacity and site readiness: approved premises with required infrastructure and relevant accreditation; may undergo due diligence site visit; SLA and scorecard requirements for supplier performance management. (Annexure A)
- Subcontracting: if any, submit teaming/subcontracting arrangements. (Annexure A)
