#### Overview
**Supply, installation, maintenance and integration of CCTV camera systems, equipment and ancillaries.** City of Cape Town (Facilities Management) seeks a contractor to deliver a 36-month CCTV solution covering supply, installation, maintenance and integration of systems and ancillaries.

#### Requirements
- Minimum functionality score: 70/100 (Evidence via Schedule F.13: relevant new CCTV projects, ongoing maintenance projects, OEM accreditation).
- OEM accreditation: authorisation to supply/install/maintain/support, via direct OEM or authorised distributor/reseller (Schedule F.13D/F.13E).
- Experience criteria (last 10 years): 
  - New CCTV projects completed (min value R165,000 each) with evidence (Schedule F.13B).
  - CCTV maintenance projects (min value R55,000 each) with evidence (Schedule F.13C).
- PSIRA good standing (attach proof; required for responsiveness).
- Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (and separate for JV members) and verification prior to award.
- CCT Supplier Database registration and National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
- Health & Safety: compliance with OHSA; may be required to submit a Health and Safety Plan on request.
- Declarations: conflict of interest, declarations of past SCM practices, independent tender determination, etc. (as per SCM documentation).
- Confidentiality and data protection compliance (POPIA) and related provisions.
- Returnable documents and forms (e.g., Schedule F.13A–F.13E, and associated certificates) must be included.

#### How to Apply
