#### Overview
**Procurement of supply, installation, maintenance and integration of security alarm systems, equipment and ancillaries.** City of Cape Town invites open bids from experienced security alarm system integrators to supply, install, maintain and integrate enterprise alarm systems under a 36-month contract.

- Suitable bidders: security alarm integrators with OEM accreditation, PSIRA registration, and ability to supply/install/maintain/coordinate warranty and support.

#### Requirements
- OEM accreditation with one or more recognised Enterprise Security Alarm OEMs (direct or via authorised distributor/reseller), with proof via Schedule F.13B.
- PSIRA in good standing at award; attach proof (Schedule F.13A or as requested).
- Demonstrated relevant security alarm projects completed in the last 5 years; include client references and final project value (Schedule F.13C).
- Tax compliance with SARS; provide Tax Compliance Status PIN (separate for JV entities).
- Registration on the City of Cape Town Supplier Database and on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) as applicable.
- Occupational Health and Safety compliance plan if requested; comply with OH&S Act and provide details as required.
- Compliance with SCM Policy, privacy/Confidentiality, and all related returnable documents (Annexures F and C etc.) as specified.
