## Summary

#### Overview
**Sasria seeks proposals to supply, install and maintain hygiene equipment and consumables for a 36-month (3-year) period.** Bids are invited from service providers capable of end-to-end hygiene management (equipment rental, installation, consumables, deep cleaning, fumigation, pest control, window and carpet cleaning) and compatible with South Africa’s waste and safety standards.

Who should bid: qualified hygiene services providers with experience in rental-and-service delivery, pest control, cleaning services, and related facility management. Must meet regulatory and transformation requirements (see Requirements).

#### Requirements
- Proof of tax compliance and CSD registration; valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavits (EME/QSE specifics apply for joint ventures/subcontracting).
- Compliance with mandatory documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; Annexures A–D; and Schedule 1–4.
- Attendance at Compulsory Briefing Session (14 Sep 2026).
- Affiliation proofs to industry bodies: National Contract Cleaners Association (NCCA) and South African Pest Control Association (SAPCA).
- Provide client references (letters not older than 5 years) and CVs for the Project Supervisor/Manager.
- Adhere to environmental and safety requirements: National Environmental Management Waste Act; SABS-approved, eco-friendly chemicals; proof of SABS testing/approval.
- Delivery/installation must start immediately for 3 years; installation not to occur on weekends or after hours; installation not longer than 3 days.
- 150-day minimum validity for proposals.

#### How to Apply

- Submission method: online through Sasria’s e-tender portal; all four Schedules must be completed; files max 4MB per file and 30MB per schedule.
- Documents to submit: Schedule 1 (Executive Summary + Annexure B), Schedule 2 (CSD tax clearance, B-BBEE documents), Schedule 3 (Technical Proposal), Schedule 4 (Financial/Price Proposal); include SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 and Annexures A–D.
- Pre-qualifications: CSD tax status, valid B-BBEE documentation, partnership/subcontracting details if applicable.
- Briefing: compulsory briefing 14 Sep 2026, 11:00 at Sasria Offices, Illovo (34 & 36 Fricker Rd, Chillaz Boardroom).
