#### Overview

- Key documents to submit: Form of Tender; Price Schedules; Tender Security (or Tender-Securing Declaration); Manufacturer’s Authorization; Joint Venture documents if applicable; evidence of eligibility and registration of Goods in Kenya. 
- Submission details: sealed tenders in a single outer envelope, with an “ORIGINAL” and “COPIES” sub-envelopes, to Tender Box No.1 at KEMSA Embakasi, Nairobi, on or before 28 October 2026 (time per ITT; typically 10:00 a.m.). Late bids are not accepted. Electronic submission is possible if permitted by the Tender Data Sheet. 
- Pre-bid conference: 13 October 2026 at 10:00, KEMSA Tender Opening Hall (optional unless stated). 
- Bid security and QR-based electronic securities: acceptable forms include bank guarantee or insurance-backed security; electronic securities may be QR-scanned (PPRA Circular 01/2023).
