- Tenders must be submitted on the prescribed documents, in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the tender number and description. Tenders to be placed in the Municipal Tender Box at 11 Lind Street, Swellendam, before 11h00 on 10 July 2026.
- Late, emailed, or faxed tenders will not be considered.
- Bids evaluated under an 80/20 preferential procurement system; the Council may accept part or none of a bid.
- Failure to provide all requested supplementary information may render a tender non-responsive.
- Validity of bids: 90 days from closing date.
