**Supply of VMware Software Licenses for a period of 36 months.** Knysna Municipality invites tenders from IT software vendors or VMware licensing specialists capable of supplying licenses and managing a 36-month contract.

#### Requirements
- Bids must be sealed and submitted to the bid box at the Supply Chain Management Unit, Finance Building, Queen Street, Knysna, by 12:00 on 25 November 2026; bids opened at 12:05 the same day; late or unmarked bids not considered.
- Bids remain valid for 180 days; municipality may extend validity.
- Evaluation: 80/20 preference points; in line with PPPFA 2000 and 2022 amendments; may withdraw/re-advertise or reject bids; not bound to lowest or highest-point bidder.
- Bids must be submitted on issued bid documentation; no substitutions.
- No bids from persons in the service of the State.
