## Summary

#### Overview
**Supply only of construction road signs for Klipfontein Dam access road & house repairs and renovations project in the KwaZulu-Natal Province.** Eligible bidders are suppliers of road signs and related signage products, able to supply under an RFQ and with proper tax/compliance status; installation services are not included.

#### Requirements
- Bids must use official forms (SBD 1 and SBD 7) and comply with PPPFA 2000, PP Regulations 2022, GCC, and any special conditions.  
- Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN for verification; may submit a TCS certificate or, if not available, a CSD number. Each party in a consortium/JV/sub-contract must submit separate TCS/CSD.  
- No bids from persons in the State, or entities with such connections, as per the policy.  
- If foreign-based, complete the additional foreign supplier questionnaire.  
- NB: non-compliance may render the bid invalid. (See SBD 1-KDP-88.pdf)
