## Summary

#### Overview
**The Mossel Bay Municipality invites bids for the supply, strip and repair of the radio network, radio repeaters, mobile radios and portable radios.** The contract covers radio-network equipment maintenance and related components through 30 June 2029. Bidders should have relevant radio-communications expertise, be able to supply and repair the specified radios, and demonstrate authorized service-agent status (OEM authorisations for Hytera/Motorola) as required by the tender documents.

#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in supply, strip and repair of the radio network, radio repeaters, mobile radios and portable radios with documentary proof (appointment letters, award letters, purchase orders).
- Tax Compliance Status Pin from SARS (and separate pins for joint ventures as applicable).
- CIDB registration number (if applicable) and proof of compliance; registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
- Proof of being an authorized radio service agent and OEM authorisations for Hytera/Motorola products.
- Completion of mandatory MBD forms (e.g., MBD1, MBD4, MBD5, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and pricing schedule; valid signatory resolutions.
- Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Commissioner (and separate for each JV member if applicable).

#### How to Apply
